Perfect , material , shape and lookPrice is fairI just love itI bought 2 of these lamps. They are really pretty. However one lamp shade was broken. I called the company who just said call amazon. Amazon said i had to return the whole lamp and they would replace it. The process seemed crazy since the box was big and heavy. It would seem a better process would be to have us send a picture of the shade proving the damage and just replace it. The cost of shipping far exceeded replacing a new shade. Very disappointed in the return process.The lamp works, which is the main thing. It also looks attractive in my living room. The seam on the shade, where it is glued together, is separating, however, and one of the little diagonal strips on the "waist" is missing; apparently it fell off at some point, as another strip is about to do. The problem seems to be failure of the glue to adhere. I will reglue these myself rather than send the lamp back, but the missing strip is really missing and is not hidden in the packing materials. Better quality control, please, Kenroy!We didn't pay too much attention to the height in the description because in the picture, it looks like a standard-sized floor lamp. It's a lot shorter than we expected. Regardless, it still works well in the room we've placed it in. It helps to give the room that Caribbean feel. Overall, despite it's size, it's a nice-looking lamp.I have two of these units and bought them from Amazon about a year ago. They both still work and they work well. They're sturdy, they look beautiful and will be an asset to any decor. They're easy to dust, too!That's really all I can say about this lamp; it does what I need it to do, looks pretty while it's doing it, and it's been doing it for a while now. The three-way bulb feature also works perfectly.The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because it does not work on the 3-way. But I will contact the manufacturer on this issue. Otherwise - absolutely stunning & well worth the price.It's OK. It works fine as a lamp but the packaging was such that some of the material used to decorate the upper section came off with the packaging. I found something close and glued it on....looks fine now.Accentuates the room, without being overbearing. Very easy to assemble. Rugged, heavy. Cat hasn't been able to make it budge, so it will not break.Loved these, I ordered three and hopefully the other two are in perfect shape like the first one....don't be scared to buy, they look better in personThe lamp is beautiful and just as described......and really quick service too!
