Was looking for new bedroom lamps for awhile and so happy I stumbled across these. Nice Looking. Cord is encased in a metal tube so when you look through the glass you do not see cord hanging there like some lamps. These were perfect as is but my husband is electrically inclined so he figured out how to carefully open lamp and gently place blue and clear fire glass inside protecting glass initially with flexible plastic cutting board. Love these lamps even more. Just wish it was easier to open up to place decorative items inside. Very happy with my purchase.
