This is a great camp table. The frame is powder-coated steel tubes, which are much stronger than aluminum, but a bit heavier; for car camping that is no big deal and for anyone backpacking, this is way to big to bother with. The legs are adjustable via a clamping system, which is excellent because it allows for continuous adjustment positions at each leg, rather than the common 3 or 4 pin-hole settings on other tables. The legs also have large, floating disk-shaped feet that will keep the table from sinking into sand, mud, or snow. The main reason I bought this was that its height can be adjusted to more than 36", which is the height of an actual kitchen counter, unlike most other camp tables that only go to 27", which makes my back much happier. The only improvement I suggest would be to make the legs have 2 adjusting clamps instead of 1 so the table could be lowered to height that works well with camp chairs, which tend to have rather low seats.
